Howto timeout a lynx request
- Hi all
Here a question from a lynx (linux) newbie.
I want to use the lynx browser for regression tests of our gateway. Therefore I build a little script arround the lynx call but sometimes is "hangs" with the message: Making HTTP connection to www.somewebsite.com
I looked at the Internet and found the option -connect_timeout but my lynx(2.8.3) version doesn't understand this command.
Is there any way to specify a timeout that enforces the lynx to return? Why does th e-connect_timeout not work on my linux box?
